About Our Client

An established organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credits Officer to join their Credit Team in Perth's Eastern Suburbs.

Job Description

  • Review, validate, and process credit and debit note requests.
  • Investigate customer payment-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for month-end activities.
  • Maintain required checks, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for customer account adjustments.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or control concerns.
  • Manage credit administration activities, including documentation for applications, reviews, and account changes.
  • Monitor and action enquiries through shared inboxes and workflow systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and support communication between departments.
  • Assist with routine reporting and operational processes within the Credit Team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a accounts, finance support, accounts receivable, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational capability is ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience working with customer accounts and transactional processing.
  • Working knowledge of accounting or ERP systems.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
