Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and customer engagement strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Engagement & Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer engagement within the Aftermarket Automotive retail sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's licence for work-related travel.
