Job Description

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts to support supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure inventory levels are optimised to meet customer demands.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain process.
  • Utilise data and analytics tools to improve planning processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements in demand planning operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planning Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in leadership demand planning role
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
