This organisation operates within the not-for-profit industry and is based in Melbourne CBD.

Job Description

    • Delivering financial analysis, modelling, and performance reporting.
    • Build and enhance costing models, including supporting the development of an Activity-Based Costing framework.
    • Partnering with business leaders across the organisation to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Developing Excel-based reporting tools, templates, and financial models.
    • Supporting reporting automation and process improvements using Power Query and Power BI.
    • Influencing strategic and operational decisions through data-driven analysis.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
  • Strong costing and financial modelling experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills including modelling and template development.
  • Experience with Power Query and exposure to Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Activity-Based Costing experience would be highly regarded.
