Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support operational goals.
  • Board reporting & presenting findings to SLT
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools.
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations based on financial data.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have/be:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • CA/CPA qualifications
  • Business Services/Audit background preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
