Job Description

The Finance Business Partner opportunity will include but not be limited to:

  • Prepare financial analysis and reports to provide a clear view of business performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to discuss financial results and support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that support planning and reporting activities.
  • Review financial information to identify trends, variances and areas requiring attention.
  • Translate financial data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities across the accounting and finance function.
  • Improve the clarity and consistency of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure financial information is timely and fit for purpose.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner' should have:

  • Experience preparing financial analysis, reports and models.
  • Capability to interpret financial results, trends and variances.
  • Experience contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to explain financial information in clear, practical terms.
  • Experience working with stakeholders on financial planning and performance matters.
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis capability.
