We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join a reputable organisation in the FMCG industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive financial performance and provide strategic support to key business units in Thomastown. This role will be 4-days on-site and offer 1-day work from home flexibility.
  • Salary $140,000 - $160,000 + superannuation, pending experience.
  • 4-days on-site, 1-day work from home.

As a medium-sized company, they are known for their focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation in delivering products that meet the needs of their customers. This role will be a crucial cog in the business, partnering with all key stakeholders, as well as all key C-Suite directors.

Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and support to key business stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for business units.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are highly regarded.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, highly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in SAP and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
