This Finance Business Partner role owns P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to help drive profitability and strategic decision-making across the business. It partners closely with senior leaders, delivers executive reporting, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial insights and business performance.

Job Description

  • Own and manage company P&L performance, delivering financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Events, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive business performance and accountability.
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely business projections.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  • Deliver executive, board, and management reporting packs with actionable commentary on financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
  • Analyse revenue, gross margin, pricing, product profitability, sales channels, inventory, commissions, and operating expenditure to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and dashboard enhancements to increase business visibility and reporting efficiency.
  • Manage 1 Direct Report, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-performance within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • 7+ years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering.
  • Strong P&L ownership, analysis, and commercial acumen.
  • Advanced Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing executive and board-level reporting.
  • Management experience.
