For finance professionals looking for purpose alongside commercial challenge, opportunities of this calibre are rareJob DescriptionReporting directly to the CFO & Acting CEO, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership.Key responsibilities include:Owning the end-to-end month-end close process and financial reporting cyclePreparing accurate and timely management, board and executive reportingLeading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management processesDeveloping meaningful commercial insights and performance analysisDriving improvements to financial controls, governance and compliance frameworksBuilding financial models, dashboards and KPI reporting toolsPartnering closely with Sales, Wholesale, Projects and Operational leaders to support decision-makingIdentifying business risks, commercial opportunities and performance improvement initiativesManaging statutory reporting requirements, external audits and tax complianceLeading and developing a direct report while helping build a scalable, best-practice finance functionThis is not a "business-as-usual" Finance Manager position. It is a highly visible role focused on building capability, improving performance and influencing outcomes across the organisation.The Successful ApplicantYou are an ambitious, hands-on finance leader who enjoys operating across both technical accounting and commercial finance.
