The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar financial accounting role
  • Strong technical accounting skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in financial systems
  • Sound knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance
  • Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or multi-entity environment
