Job Description

  • Prepare month-end reports, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Manage the lodgement and payment of tax obligations including BAS, IAS, PAYG and Payroll Tax.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting activities.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general finance support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar accounting position.
  • Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
  • Experience within the construction, trades or related industries will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to JobPac is essential
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • CPA/CA Qualified or studying towards.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
