Job Description

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple programs and developments
  • Partner with Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams to evaluate new projects and funding initiatives
  • Deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning
  • Support government funding submissions and reporting requirements
  • Monitor performance against strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Develop and enhance financial models to reflect portfolio expansion and evolving funding structures
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

The Successful Applicant

  • CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
  • Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; Power BI highly regarded)
  • Experience in NFP or government-funded environments is advantageous (but not essential)
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a growth and transformation environment
  • Passion for contributing to social impact and community outcomes
