Job Description

  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reporting and financial analysis
  • Analyse manufacturing costs, margins and operational performance metrics
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
  • Partner with operations, supply chain and production teams to provide commercial insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Support month-end reporting, variance analysis and management commentary
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities
  • Assist with inventory analysis, stock reporting and working capital management
  • Ensure financial data integrity and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis as required by senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion will be highly regarded
  • 3+ years' experience in a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountant position
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or related sectors preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, commercially focused mindset
