Job Description

  • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning processes.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and insights.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying trends and variances.
  • Develop and improve financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Support senior management with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years+ in industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience within FMCG, wholesale, retail, or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
