Job Description

As Head of Corporate Services & Sustainability, you will lead the frameworks, systems and practices that underpin organisational performance and resilience. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Team and Board, you will provide strategic advice, governance oversight and assurance across key corporate functions.

Key responsibilities include

  • Providing executive oversight of finance, budgeting, forecasting and organisational sustainability.
  • Leading governance, risk management, compliance and board assurance activities.
  • Overseeing ICT, cyber security, business systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Driving effective people and culture frameworks, workforce planning and organisational capability.
  • Managing corporate services functions including procurement, contracts, facilities and operational governance.
  • Supporting the development of high-quality organisational reporting, performance measurement and data governance practices.
  • Strengthening organisational sustainability through robust planning, risk management and long-term strategic thinking.



The Successful Applicant

You are an experienced executive or senior leader with a proven track record overseeing corporate services functions within a complex organisation. You combine strong commercial judgement with the ability to build effective governance structures, lead organisational change and influence senior stakeholders.

You will likely possess:

  • Significant executive or senior leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise across finance, governance, risk and corporate services.
  • Experience advising executives, CEOs and Boards on strategic and operational matters.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop organisational systems, controls and governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading people, culture and workforce strategy initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen coupled with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, finance, governance, management or a related discipline.
