Working closely with the CEO, Executive Team and Board, you will provide strategic advice, governance oversight and assurance across key corporate functions.Key responsibilities includeProviding executive oversight of finance, budgeting, forecasting and organisational sustainability.Leading governance, risk management, compliance and board assurance activities.Overseeing ICT, cyber security, business systems and digital transformation initiatives.Driving effective people and culture frameworks, workforce planning and organisational capability.Managing corporate services functions including procurement, contracts, facilities and operational governance.Supporting the development of high-quality organisational reporting, performance measurement and data governance practices.Strengthening organisational sustainability through robust planning, risk management and long-term strategic thinking.The Successful ApplicantYou are an experienced executive or senior leader with a proven track record overseeing corporate services functions within a complex organisation.
