Our client is a globally recognised organisation known for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance within a highly regulated industry. They offer a collaborative and supportive environment and are seeking a junior HR Administrator or recent HR graduate to support their team during a period of change.

Job Description

Reporting into the HR team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee data entry and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Uploading and maintaining documentation within internal systems
  • Conducting working rights and visa checks
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new starters
  • Managing compliance requirements, including background and employment checks
  • Preparing and issuing probation letters and employment documentation
  • Supporting general HR administration and reporting across the team

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Some previous experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role, or a recent HR graduate eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance requirements (e.g. working rights, background checks), or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
