Join a People team supporting a fast-paced, multi-site organisation across Western Australia. This hands-on generalist role will see you provide practical HR support to managers while taking ownership of recruitment, employee matters, workers' compensation and HR improvement initiatives.

Job Description

  • Improve HR processes, employment documentation and the overall delivery of people services
  • Provide leaders with clear guidance on employment obligations and workplace policies
  • Manage recruitment activities for business-critical roles across the organisation
  • Maintain accurate employee records, case files and compliance documentation
  • Oversee workplace injury matters and support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
  • Assist leaders to resolve performance, conduct and other employee-related concerns

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, Employee Relations or Recruitment role
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work framework, modern awards and contemporary Australian employment practices
  • Experience coaching managers through performance, conduct and other employee relations matters
  • Strong organisational capability, with the ability to balance case management, recruitment and HR administration
  • Confidence handling sensitive information and preparing accurate employment documentation
