About Our Client

We are partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing business in the Auburn area to appoint a proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to support a large blue-collar workforce and operational leadership team.

Job Description

As the HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll enjoy being visible on the floor, building strong relationships with frontline leaders and employees, and helping drive positive workplace outcomes.Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and coaching to operational leaders
  • Managing employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances
  • Supporting leaders through workplace and industrial relations matters
  • Advising on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
  • Supporting talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting with policy implementation and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company standards
  • Driving HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business
  • Partnering with operations leaders to foster a positive and productive workplace culture



The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Coordinator within an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, transport, or similar operational environment
  • Strong employee and industrial relations experience
  • Confidence partnering with frontline leaders and operational management teams
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support
  • Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces is highly regarded
