Backed by global expertise and a strong APAC presence, it combines innovation, commercial focus, and collaborative leadership to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.Job DescriptionPartner with Executive and General Manager stakeholders to drive business performance, workforce effectiveness, and organisational capability, providing commercially focused people advice aligned with strategic and operational priorities.Lead organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change initiatives while building trusted relationships that strengthen leadership capability and culture.Lead and develop the People & Culture Business Partnering team, driving consistency in governance, reporting, frameworks, and people practices while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.Oversee complex employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, grievances, restructures, and terminations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.Support remuneration, performance, and reward programs, including salary reviews, benchmarking, incentive frameworks, and performance calibration processes.Contribute to enterprise-wide people strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging workforce insights, analytics, and reporting to inform business decisions and enhance employee experience.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR BP Lead:You are a commercially minded HR leader with proven experience partnering with executive stakeholders to drive business performance, organisational capability, and workforce effectiveness within a corporate environment.
