Job Description

  • Partner with leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support
  • Drive employee engagement, performance, and talent initiatives
  • Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations and workplace matters
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability and team performance
  • Support organisational change and business transformation activities
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse workforce data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Champion a high-performance, values-driven culture

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong, trusted relationships with leaders across the business.You will currently be operating in a HR Business Partner capacity and bring approximately 3-5 years' HRBP experience supporting a diverse stakeholder group. You are commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing leaders while balancing both people and business priorities.We're looking for someone who has:

  • Current experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Approximately 3-5 years of HRBP experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Experience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving, or fast-paced environments
  • Solid experience across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility quickly
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, professional services, or similarly dynamic industries will be highly regarded
  • Most importantly, you'll be eager to contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function and enjoy working in an organisation where HR is viewed as a strategic partner and key driver of business success.
