Job Description

  • Analyse, review, and improve HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle)
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
  • Support implementation, configuration, or enhancement of HRIS systems
  • Provide recommendations on system improvements and best practices
  • Drive process efficiency, automation, and optimisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HRIS ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (in & out / end-to-end lifecycle)
  • Experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with at least oneHRIS platform:
    • Workday
    • Oracle HCM
    • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in HR transformation or digital HR initiatives
  • Knowledge of integration, reporting, or data migration in HR systems
