Job Description

  • Lead IAM and IGA initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of identity governance solutions.
  • Design and manage Identity Lifecycle Management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
  • Support access request, access review, and certification programs.
  • Develop and maintain RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC models, ensuring effective Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
  • Configure and integrate IAM/IGA platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
  • Implement and support authentication and authorization solutions, including SSO and MFA.
  • Collaborate with security, risk, audit, and business stakeholders to meet compliance and governance requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance during IAM transformation and modernization projects.

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IAM and IGA.
  • Experience working in large-scale banking or financial services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and at least one leading IGA platform (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security, risk, compliance, and audit frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Azure Security (AZ-500)
  • Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100/SC-500 equivalent)
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification
