Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Provide financial advice to key stakeholders, including school leadership teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for the Board and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A recognised qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CA/CPA Qualification Highly Desirable
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
