Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against key metrics.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Provide cost analysis and profitability reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reports as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience across big-4 and/or mid-tier business advisory & assurance is highly applicable.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attitude to be curious.
  • Awareness of growth opportunities at one's disposal to expand their capabilities
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
