The role blends strategic business development, sourcing and sales, working directly with growers while commercialising chemical and additive solutions nationally.

Job Description

  • Launch and scale a new agriculture‑focused vertical on a national basis in this newly created role
  • Build direct relationships with farmers, growers and producers across key crops
  • Develop a national supplier network and manage sourcing from growers
  • Sell chemical and additive solutions into the agricultural market
  • Manage both buy‑side and sell‑side commercial activity
  • Drive sustainable growth, supply consistency and commercial performance
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support long‑term market entry and scale

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in agribusiness or agricultural sales
  • Existing network across farmers, growers or agricultural supply chains
  • Strong understanding of agricultural cycles, buying behaviours and long sales processes
  • Commercially astute with the ability to manage two‑sided markets
  • Relationship‑driven, credible and comfortable engaging directly with producers
  • Motivated by long‑term growth, culture and progression into leadership
