An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead change activities across a portfolio of cyber and technology projects within a large Queensland Government environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation of key cyber security initiatives.

With one of the largest workforces in Queensland, the organisation is undertaking significant technology and cyber security initiatives aimed at enhancing operational capability, security, and service delivery outcomes.

Job Description

  • Developing and executing organisational change management strategies and plans.
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and communication activities across diverse business groups.
  • Driving business readiness, training, transition, and benefits realisation initiatives.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and executives to support change adoption and embed new ways of working.
  • Identifying and managing change risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating change outcomes, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Providing advice and guidance on organisational change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Supporting the successful delivery of cyber security initiatives including MFA, PAM, and IAM programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Organisational Change Manager - ICT should have:

  • Proven experience leading organisational change within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong experience delivering ICT-enabled or digital transformation programs.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience, including influencing senior executives and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication planning, business readiness, training, and change adoption.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Exposure to cyber security, identity management, access management, or enterprise technology programs will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with ITIL, ITSM processes, or ServiceNow is advantageous.

What's on Offer

  • Hourly rate between AUD 120.00 and AUD 130.00.
  • Temporary role offering flexibility and exposure to impactful ICT projects.
