Job Description

This is a partnership-led business development role, centred on ecosystem growth rather than transactional sales. You will work closely with a regional leader to scale an established foundation across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing partnerships across universities, vocational providers, migration agents, legal professionals, and community organisations
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to increase product adoption through partner networks
  • Delivering workshops, presentations, and engagement sessions to stakeholders
  • Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key partners and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Supporting the growth of a national network of delivery locations and partner organisations
  • Collaborating on strategy, using market insights and data to refine the approach
  • Contributing ideas and helping evolve the go-to-market playbook in a high-autonomy environment



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in business development or partnerships-focused roles
  • Exposure to education, migration/legal, or partner-led commercial environments
  • Strong relationship-building capability with a long-term mindset
  • Comfortable working in a high-trust, loosely structured environment
  • Self-directed, with the ability to build from scratch and take ownership
  • Confident delivering presentations and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, with an ability to translate partnerships into growth
  • Motivated by building something meaningful rather than purely hitting targets

What's on Offer

  • Base salary of $100-110k plus super, $130-140k OTE
  • This is a fully remote role, and can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
