Job Description

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide advice on employment relations, workforce planning, and policy implementation.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and organisational policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Facilitate organisational change and support leaders in managing transitions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Services Business Partner should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Proven experience in providing HR advisory and business partnering services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools to support HR processes and reporting.
