Job Description

  • Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance performance and skills.
  • Communicate production goals and updates clearly to the team.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production metrics.
