Job Description

  • Monitor the progress of GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and governance standards
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and structured project documentation, workflows, and updates in Jira
  • Manage backlog, epics, and user stories in collaboration with delivery and technical teams
  • Oversee end-to-end demand intake and lifecycle management using ServiceNow
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and prioritize project requests
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for project leaders
  • Highlight key risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies to support informed decision-making
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional coordination
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across project tracking, reporting, and governance practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in project coordination or functional project management within enterprise environments
  • Hands-on proficiency with Jira for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow for demand intake and lifecycle management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to create clear dashboards and status updates
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exposure to or understanding of AI/GenAI or data-driven projects is highly desirable
