Job Description

    • Lead the rollout of Microsoft Copilot across the business
    • Develop and manage project roadmaps and delivery plans
    • Drive stakeholder engagement across executive and operational levels
    • Oversee change management, communications, and user adoption
    • Manage vendors and internal delivery teams
    • Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks are met
    • Coordinate integration with existing enterprise systems
    • Deliver projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget



The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant should have:

    • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Copilot rollouts
    • Strong background in digital transformation programmes
    • Experience developing and managing project roadmaps
    • Demonstrated executive stakeholder engagement
    • Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capability
    • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to drive adoption and organisational change
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
