Job Description

  • Lead ASP3 electrical designs from concept through to approval
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
  • Manage relationships with clients, developers, and service authorities
  • Interface with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy, and other stakeholders
  • Improve delivery processes, standards, and commercial outcomes
  • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers]
  • Support efficient project delivery with a focus on first-time approvals
  • Contribute to business growth and expansion of infrastructure capabilities

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' ASP3 electrical design experience in NSW
  • NSW ASP3 Accreditation
  • Strong experience with Ausgrid and/or Endeavour Energy and/ or Essential networks
  • Background delivering:
    • CBD chamber substations, Kiosk, padmount, and pole-top substations, relocations and augmentations
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a delivery-focused mindset
