Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop clear and detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among project teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for project delivery and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • 10+years of Business analysis experience leading cross functional and transformative projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process workflows.
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience across enterprise applications, integrations, data and analytics, cyber security, operating model or service management initiatives
  • Advanced experience facilitating workshops and meetings for collaborative outcomes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Adaptability to work in a temporary role and deliver results within defined timelines.
