Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Analyse key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Identify trends and potential risks to improve financial performance.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in financial planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Commercial Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA or CA qualification.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Commercial Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel skills (Power BI / Tableau highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working within the retail industry is highly regarded.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
