Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads and GMs to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse business performance and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor financial performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and its financial drivers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
