If you're looking for a role where your contribution matters and your career can continue to grow, we'd love to hear from you.Job DescriptionYou'll take ownership of a broad portfolio of financial accounting responsibilities, combining technical accounting, statutory reporting, taxation, compliance and business partnering. You'll also play an important role in finance transformation initiatives as the business continues to invest in improving systems and processes.Leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processesPreparing statutory, management and consolidated financial reportsManaging cash flow, treasury and key financial accounting activitiesEnsuring compliance with taxation, statutory and regulatory requirementsDriving improvements across finance systems, controls and processesSupporting ERP enhancements and finance transformation projectsPartnering with internal stakeholders, auditors and external advisorsThe Successful ApplicantYou're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and taking ownership of your work. You have strong technical accounting skills, love working in a collaborative environment and thrive in businesses that are evolving and growing.You'll also bring:CPA or CA qualification (or near)At least 5 years' experience in financial accounting or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and taxation legislation.Experience preparing statutory financial statements and consolidated reporting.Experience with ERP systemsMedium- advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capability.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine sense of accountability.What's on OfferThis is more than just another accounting role.You'll be joining a business that is growing strongly, investing in its future and creating opportunities for its people.
