This FP&A Analyst role will play a key part in uplifting the FP&A function, enhancing financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights to support better business decision-making.

Job Description

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Analyse financial data to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Utilise D365 to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Utilise Power BI to create dashboard to aid commercial decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies.
  • Support budgeting processes and variance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Other ad hoc transformation duties

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Proficiency in D365 and financial software systems or similar software.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
