About Our Client

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to become the key People contact for a Perth-based operation that's entering an exciting new chapter as part of a larger global organisation. Supporting approximately 150 employees across ANZ, you'll partner closely with local leaders while collaborating with a broader regional People team. This is a hands-on role offering a mix of HR operations, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change initiatives.

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Act as the trusted HR advisor for leaders and employees in WA.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to performance, development and retention.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, employment legislation and workplace policies.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and work closely with payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support integration and change initiatives as the business continues to evolve.
  • Drive process improvements and help deliver a great employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

You'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or Generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Experience interpreting awards and supporting managers with people matters.
  • Exposure to payroll processes and HR systems.
  • The ability to work independently and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar HRIS platforms will be highly regarded.
