On behalf of our client, we're seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a globally backed organisation during an exciting period of growth and operational transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad, end-to-end HR position where you'll be trusted to manage the full employee lifecycle, partner with leaders on people matters, and contribute to key business initiatives while working as a highly valued member of the wider HR function.

Job Description

As the standalone HR representative in WA, you'll be responsible for delivering hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:

  • Employee relations and performance matters
  • Recruitment support and onboarding
  • Contracts and HR administration
  • Policy implementation and compliance
  • HRIS and process management
  • Payroll coordination with an external provider
  • Supporting change and integration initiatives
  • Coaching and supporting leaders across the business

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who can operate independently and build strong relationships across the organisation.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 5+ years' HR Generalist experience
  • Strong end-to-end HR operations capability
  • Experience managing ER matters and investigations
  • Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
  • HRIS systems experience
  • Exposure to payroll processes or payroll coordination
  • The ability to work autonomously and confidently support leaders
