Job Description

  • Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management reports to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and drive improvements.
  • Support junior finance team members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic business plans and investment appraisals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Management Accountant must have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA or CA.
  • Strong experience as a Management Accountant within the FMCG, retail, or consumer industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, commercially minded, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
