Job Description

  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to meet organisational needs.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
  • Ensure network security and compliance with organisational policies.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to support system upgrades and migrations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse and optimise network performance for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Network Engineer should have:

  • Strong expertise in managing and maintaining network infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in network security protocols and best practices.
  • Hands on experince with Fortinet Firewalls
  • Expertise with Cisco Nexus
  • Experience with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
  • Preferably Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Preferably Experience with Cisco DNA Center.
  • Experience supporting F5 load balancing platforms.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Azure networking, cloud connectivity, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, NSE, or equivalent.
