Job Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders



The expectation is that once this hire has successfully delivered some high profile projects for the business, this role can transition into a Head of/Operational management or even executive level position for the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management delivering Transmission substation projects within Australia above 132kV.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in managing budgets and project timelines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Relevant tertiary/Trade qualifications in project management or a related field.
