  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Industrial and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports for property owners.
  • Oversee leasing processes, including tenant screening and agreements.
