Job Description

  • Manage and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system diagnostics and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on automation processes.
  • Monitor and analyse system performance, implementing improvements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all automation systems.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of system changes and updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for system upgrades and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Automation Engineer should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation systems.
  • Proven experience in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
