Job Description

  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across GRC and ITSM modules
  • Implement and customise:
  • Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management (ITSM)
  • Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit (GRC)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
  • Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, security, and performance
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and automation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful ServiceNow Developer should have:

  • 3-4 yearsexperience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Hands-on experience across:
  • ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog)
  • GRC modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy Management)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs
  • ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer
  • Experience with integrations and third-party systems
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or CIS-GRC) highly desirable
