Job Description

  • Lead and manage all technical aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with SQF and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team to enhance skill development.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for technical projects and operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Quality Manager should have:

Degree in Food Science or related field

Experience leading QA/Food Safety in high-risk FMCG

Hands-on leader able to influence on the factory floor

Proven ability to work cross-functionally (Operations, NPD, Maintenance and Engineering)

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
