Job Description

  • Oversee daily production activities to achieve customer and business requirements
  • Coordinate production schedules with planning teams and manage production priorities
  • Manage production orders, reporting and master data within SAP
  • Lead daily production meetings and supervise workforce allocation
  • Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental and quality standards
  • Coordinate production trials, process improvements and change management activities
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Manage production waste, investigate operational issues and support audits

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Supervisor should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading production teams and driving output performance
  • Strong SAP production management experience
  • Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and operational compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
