With continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, the business is expanding its local team and is looking for a technically minded Parts Interpreter to support customers, manage spare parts enquiries, and play a key role in the after-sales function.

Job Description

  • Interpret and identify spare parts using technical manuals and parts catalogues
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders
  • Provide technical product support and after-sales assistance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Support inventory and stock-related activities where required
  • Assist customers in identifying the correct components for their application
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems



The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Parts Advisor
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in technical products
  • Experience working with technical manuals, parts diagrams or catalogues
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • The ability to learn new products and industries quickly
