Our client is a global professional services MNC offering a broad multi-service corporate and compliance suite, including Accounting & Tax, Payroll, HR outsourcing, Entity Management, and broader governance solutions.

Job Description

  • Own and execute organisation's commercial strategy for Australia, building and converting a senior‑level pipeline across ASX‑listed, private, and multinational clients.
  • Develop and grow trusted relationships with Australian‑headquartered and ASX‑listed organisations, identifying AU outbound opportunities across global markets.
  • Engage deeply with priority industries including Renewable Energy, Data Centres, Retail & FMCG, Life Sciences, Technology, and Financial Services.
  • Lead the full business development lifecycle: market mapping, prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, pitching, and closing multi‑service opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Business Development Director should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, managing mid market and enterprise clients
  • Experienced B2B Sales leadership
  • Proven ability to close high value deals in short sales cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management
