Job Description

  • Analyse business requirements for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Provide support for configuration, integration, and testing of SuccessFactors ECP solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and address technical issues as they arise.
  • Document processes, configurations, and user guides for the payroll system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system implementation and operation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors and related technologies to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SuccessFactors ECP Business Analyst should have:

  • Strong expertise as a Business Analyst in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or ECC6
  • Experience working in hospital or with EBAs.
