Job Description

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies across the Energy & Natural Resources department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and key indicators.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in environmental impact and resource efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in sustainability.
  • Provide expert advice on sustainability issues relevant to the financial services industry.
  • Lead training and awareness programs to embed sustainability into the organisational culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sustainability Manager should have:

  • A strong background in sustainability, particularly within the Energy transition, digital infrastructure or real estate sectors.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sustainability strategies.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sustainability metrics and data effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.
